Registration

The registration to SWIM 2019 is free (the organizers reserve the right to refuse a registration).

It includes

• access to the talks;
• coffee breaks;
• lunch buffets on July, 24th and 25th;
• the take away meal on July, 26th;
• shuttle from and to Versailles.

We kindly ask all workshop participants to pay for their expenses (dinner / social program) on their own.

Abstract Submission

If you want to contribute to SWIM 2019, please send us your abstract at swim2019 (at) ensta-paristech.fr

Abstract submission is now closed.

The abstract should be 2 page long and must follow the latex template which can be found here : SWIM19_template.zip.

Important dates

• Deadline for submission of the 2 page abstract: 17th of May, 2019 27th of May, 2019;
• Author notification: 17th of June, 2019;
• Deadline for registration: 1st of July, 2019.
• Workshop: 23rd to 26th of July, 2019.

Proceedings

Authors with accepted abstracts will be informed about an expected publication of the proceedings of extended papers of SWIM 2019 (after the closing of SWIM 2019).
